No COVID-19 cases reported in Shanghai for Wednesday

No locally transmitted or imported coronavirus cases were reported on Wednesday, while an imported patient from the US was discharged upon recovery, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Thursday morning.

So far, of all the 362 imported cases, 336 have been discharged from hospital upon recovery and 26 are still hospitalized.

No imported suspected cases are undergoing test, either.

Of all the 341 local cases, 334 have been discharged upon recovery. There have been so far seven local fatalities.

No asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation now, the health commission said.
