Cooperation in gynecology and obstetrics

A cooperative alliance in gynecology and obstetrics in the Yangtze River Delta region was established in the city on Tuesday.

As leader of the alliance, the Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital of Fudan University in Shanghai has offered support and help with medical practice, education, research and hospital management to members to help improve overall capabilities in the region.

“Through sharing resources and enhancing coordination, we want to push medical integration in the region and allow patients to enjoy similar quality of health care in their hometown, instead of going all the way to Shanghai,” said the hospital’s Dr Hua Keqin.
