Rain will fall on the city on Tuesday morning with temperatures between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius, the city’s meteorological bureau said.
Wednesday will be sunny but with similar temperatures while Thursday and Friday will be cold and wet due to a cold front.
Temperatures will fall to 16 degrees over the next few days.
The national meteorological center said on Monday that regions south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze, including Shanghai, will see temperatures lower by about 1 or 2 degrees compared to previous years over the next 11 to 20 days.
