Police in a central China county are offering 100,000 yuan (US$15,209) award for the whereabouts of a suspect who was alleged to kill a person.
The suspect Chen Jianxiang, 46-year-old, was a police officer with the public security bureau in Xinhua County in Hunan Province. He was suspected of shooting a person on December 22.
Local police said in a statement that Chen was of medium build and wore a grey jacket when fleeing from the crime scene. Two photos of Chen were published in an arrest warrant.
