Chengdu wins 4 awards for its dynamic economy and better investment environment

Chengdu won four awards, including most attractive city for investment in China, most suitable city for new economy, most influential city in state image communication and most vibrant city along Belt and Road,” from Global Times in Beijing on Saturday.

It’s the second time for Chengdu to win the award as the most attractive city for investment in China.

The economic development and investment environment in Chengdu are steady and have kept improving in recent years, and its main indicators of economy are in a leading position in China, according to Zhang Qi, deputy director of Global Times’ public opinion research center.

Chengdu plans to build itself into a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way by 2020, and become a global city by middle of this century.
