Seven students were killed and 12 wounded after a knife attack on a group of middle school students in Mizhi County, Shaanxi Province, on Friday evening, local police reported.

Seven students were killed and 12 wounded after a knife attack on a group of middle school students in Mizhi County, Shaanxi Province, on Friday evening, local police reported.
A male suspect attacked the students from Mizhi No. 3 Middle School on their way home at around 6:10pm.
The suspect, surnamed Zhao, is in police custody. The wounded are currently being treated at local hospitals.
