Giant pandas start journey back to Sichuan for 2019 breeding program from China's Jilin

Giant pandas Jiajia and Mengmeng on Monday started the journey back to the Dujiangyan base of China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Panda in Sichuan for the 2019 breeding program. Three years ago, they were moved from Sichuan and given new homes in Jilin Wild Life Rescue and Breeding Center, becoming the first giant pandas to live in a high-altitude habitat.
