A village in Wuxi of east China's Jiangdu Province will apply Japanese technology in garbage sorting.

Consulate General of Japan in Shanghai will sign a deal worth 244,100 yuan (US$35,325) with the village committee on March 26.

The kitchen garbage will be processed into agricultural composting with the help of Japanese waste disposal technology in the Tieluqiao Village in the city's Huishan District. Classrooms for learning and experience are expected to benefit residents as well.
