A residential building in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, collapsed around 11:20am today, but there were no casualties, Southern Metropolis Weekly reported.
The single apartment building located in the city’s Luohu District inclined and collapsed this morning, causing damage to the staircases of two neighboring buildings.
According to the release, residents were evacuated when abnormal noises were heard coming from underground.
The cause is under further investigation.
