A charter flight of Hainan Airlines Saturday brought home 103 passengers to central China's Hubei Province where the novel coronavirus epidemic first broke out.
The passengers were stranded in Haikou, the capital city in the southern island province of Hainan, amid the coronavirus epidemic.
The passengers had been in quarantine for 14 days and passed nucleic acid tests before leaving Haikou.
