Two trains collide in southern Swiss town, wounding 27 people
Two trains collided in the central-southern Swiss town of Andermatt at around 11:30 on Monday morning, injuring about 27 people, local police said.
Details on the severity of injuries are not clear yet, but medical personnel have been seen on the scene.
Local media said that about 100 people were on board when the accident occurred.
Andermatt, in the Uri canton of central-southern Switzerland, is a historic ski town near the crossroads of several Swiss cantons.
