Elena Gong is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Delphi Technologies. She is responsible for developing and implementing a global HR strategy for Delphi Technologies and improving the HR management process to ensure that the organization meets current and future business needs. Elena has held senior HR positions in a number of foreign companies such as Global Sources, Ricoh Group, and BP Group (British Petroleum) and has over 20 years of HR work experience. During her time at BP UK, she was responsible for the human resources management of BP Lubricant B2B business and R&D team in more than 20 countries.
