Katherine graduated from La Trobe University in Australia with a master's degree in business administration. She joined Mary Kay in 1995 and has been in charge of Mary Kay's marketing, sales and operations in China. Katherine has contributed greatly to the growth and success of Mary Kay's business in China. She set up the first batch of provincial branches to lay a solid foundation for Mary Kay's strategy of building a national business. She also has helped tens of thousands of sales teams in China achieve success by developing forward-looking sales strategies in the Chinese market. Under her leadership, China became Mary Kay's largest market in the world in 2013 and the business in China has achieved healthy and sustainable growth.
