The 2017 BossRun was held in Pudong New Area over the weekend, featuring managers and elite workers from nearly 30 enterprises in Shanghai.
The competition was held in the form of a team relay. Each company sent a 10-member team and each member had to complete a one-mile route along which obstacles were arranged. The form has been considered a way to display a manager’s leadership and the company's cohesion.
According to the organizers, the top three ranked teams have donated the prize money in the name of their companies to the Shanghai Stock Exchange Foundation for charity.
