Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy and Vice Premier Sun Chunlan will travel to Russia to attend the opening ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup from June 12 to 15.
She is invited by the Russian government, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told a press conference on Tuesday.
