Manchester United right-back Diogo Dalot has finished a course of treatment at Chinese Super League champions Shanghai SIPG under the guidance of Brazilian physiotherapist Eduardo Santos, dubbed as the "Miracle Doctor".

The 20-year-old Portuguese has been suffering from a hip injury and hasn't played this season. During the current international break, Dalot traveled to Shanghai on August 29 and spent ten days receiving treatment from Santos at SIPG, the Chinese club said.

Santos joined SIPG's medical team in 2017. The 39-year-old Brazilian became known as the "Miracle Doctor" in 2015 after helping former Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz recover from a hamstring tear in just a few days.

After ten days' treatment, Dalot expressed his appreciation via Manchester United's official Weibo account, saying "I have experienced an unforgettable ten days here, thank you Edurado and SIPG for everything."
