Patrolling traffic police in Chengdu, capital of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, smashed a car window to rescue a one-year-old baby locked inside.

The baby’s mother left the baby in the car to go shopping, only to discover that the car key was inside. The anti-theft system in the car then locked her out.

The baby was trapped inside for almost an hour, and wouldn’t stop crying after being pulled out.
