Cyclist narrowly avoids crashing bus before being hit by oncoming truck
A bus spun out and narrowly missed running over two motorcyclists at a pedestrian crossing in Yulin city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, causing one to flee into the path of an oncoming truck.
As CCTV footage shows, a bus driver failed to slow down for a zebra crossing, spinning out and running over an electric scooter before crashing into a median strip.
But one female motorcyclist who accelerated quickly to get out of the path of the oncoming bus was instead hit by a truck driving in the opposite direction.
The injured woman was rushed to hospital by ambulance, although her injuries were not life threatening.
The accident is under further investigation.
