A couple of old women in their 80s have gained millions of fans and tens of millions of views after taking up live streaming full time.

The two women, both in their 80s and from Liuzhou City of southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, got their start in online video sharing when one of their grandsons posted a video.

Jiang Yaolong, who only has a junior middle school education, posted the video this March, showing his grandma wearing sunglasses and riding a motorcycle.

Many netizens left comments saying they would like to see more videos.

After that success, Jiang opened a live streaming account with a group of friends, starring 81-year-old Wei Yuqin and 87-year-old Qin Cuiqiong. Now they earn tens of thousands of yuan per month and have upwards of three million loyal fans.

The two grannies amuse fans with their funny dialogue and dress-ups, often wearing trendy sunglasses.
