Bizarre video shows men playing mahjong on moving bike

Four men in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, were captured playing mahjong on the back of a moving electric tricycle recently, Knews reported.

A fellow driver captured the bizarre moment on camera as he was driving through the intersection of Tongxin and Chunliu roads.

In the footage, four men can be seen playing mahjong on a table on the back platform of the bike, while the driver of the tricycle splits his attention between the road and his cellphone.

Traffic police said their behavior was very dangerous, not least of all because that kind of electric tricycle is not designed to carry passengers, who could easily fall from the vehicle due to the slightest of bumps.
