Now you need to think twice before dozing off in class

A school in east China has recently introduced a smart system into their classrooms to better manage student behavior during class, Zhejiang Daily reported.

The smart classroom behavior management system at Hangzhou No. 11 High School in Zhejiang Province can collect and analyze students' behavior and the expressions on their faces during lessons.

A camera installed in front of the classroom can capture students' micro-expressions.

The behaviors monitored include reading, writing, standing up, listening, raising hands and leaning over the desk.

Students who are sleepy, distracted, happy or sad can all be identified under the system.

The new system can also help keep check of student attendance.

A male student expressed his support of the system as he said it would be a good alert to them.
