Woman rushes to save man trapped under motorcycle
A woman in northeast China rushed to save a man who was trapped under his motorcycle after a collision on May 17, Xinhua news agency reported.
The motorcyclist fell to the ground and became stuck after he was hit by a taxi at an intersection in Tieling City, Liaoning Province, around 9:30am.
Then Zhu Xu, who was waiting at the traffic light, got out of her car and rushed to his aid. Other passers-by also joined in the rescue effort.
After communicating with the injured motorcyclist, Zhu helped contact his family and called police.
She didn't leave until police and ambulance crew arrived at the scene.
The touching moment was captured by CCTV cameras and went viral after it was released online by local police. Chinese netizens applauded Zhu for her kind act and said she spread positive energy in the city.
