Deliverymen help remove water pipes blocking busy road
Two deliverymen helped clear the way for traffic after heavy rain swept water pipes across a busy road in Yangjiang of south China’s Guangdong Province on August 11, CCTV reported.
The water pipes that were originally arranged by the roadside of a construction site were pushed to the center of the road due to a heavy downpour around 8pm that day.
A deliveryman named Chen Qida offered a helping hand to a driver whose car was trapped by the pipes. Another deliveryman called Lu Weiwu, who happened to be passing by, assisted Chen in removing the pipes.
Several passers-by helped out for about an hour, eventually removing nearly 40 pipes.
The two deliverymen refused to leave until the way was clear for other drivers.
