Subway staff in Wuhan, Hubei Province, took a woman to hospital after she had collapsed when they were told there were no ambulances nearby.

The woman, in her 20s, had fainted at a station on Metro Line 2 on September 21, according to people.cn, and passengers and staff rushed to help.

The woman, who is said to suffer from acute urticaria, was put on a stretcher and staff got her to the nearest hospital in just 10 minutes. 

She is said to be in a stable condition.
