Footage of a police officer carrying a senior citizen through flood water underneath an overpass in China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has gone viral.
The flooding on August 2 was caused by torrential rain brought about by tropical storm Wipha.
The storm didn’t cause much havoc, although some high speed rail services in southeast China were suspended as a precaution.
