A vehicle owner in China's Hubei Province was left red-faced yesterday after reporting to police that his wheels had been stolen.

Police were notified that an electric tricycle had been stolen in China’s Hubei Province recently.
The owner said he turned his back for a few seconds and it was gone.
CCTV footage revealed a less sinister story — the owner forgot to put on the hand brake and it simply rolled away.
