Footage of a boy riding a toy car on a street in China’s Guangdong Province has shocked many netizens.
He had driven for about 4 kilometers when police tracked him down.
It turned out the 3-year-old drove off when his grandpa was making lunch.
He was later picked up by his grandpa at a police station.
