A man who came back from China’s Wuhan was ordered to stay at home as a quarantine measure during the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
But he left his apartment, went downstairs to get a cigarette and didn’t even wear a mask.
He refused to go back when community staff told him to do so, so they had to call the police.
He has been fined 200 yuan (US$28.70).
