The Second Plenary Session of the 14th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Shanghai Committee is being held between January 22 and 25.
By 5pm on Sunday, the session had received 428 proposals from local political advisers.
In the following days, local CPPCC members will discuss city affairs and make proposals. Let's find out what proposals they will make.
