Zhong Nanshan, a leading specialist in respiratory diseases, made a speech by concall at the 2022 Biomedical Industry Development Conference of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Innovation Corridor held in Songjiang District in November.

A newly launched medical app aims to provide high-quality medical services from China's famed doctors to people from all over the country.

Dazhuanjia.com, with its head office in Lingang Songjiang Science and Technology City, is a comprehensive medical and health service platform jointly initiated by 75 academicians, including the country's celebrated doctors such as Zhong Nanshan, Fan Daiming and Zhang Boli.

The self-developed operation and maintenance system MedBrain established a closed loop with the "Internet plus medical health" service model, helping to transform clinical practices into people's daily health management with a digital approach.

At present, the platform has signed up 4,000 public medical institutions and 1.4 million doctors, to build a nationwide medical ecosystem.

"Dazhuanjia.com is also launching MedBrain system in 16 pilot cities to develop more medical+digital products," Zhong, a leading specialist in respiratory diseases and an academic at the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said at the 2022 Biomedical Industry Development Conference of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Innovation Corridor held in Songjiang District in November.

So far the app's doctor version has provided 2.48 million professionals with clinical decisions based on its database, while the resident version has offered more than 11.25 million people self-health checks and analyzed medical examination reports for 2.41 million residents.

MedBrain's core operation and maintenance system – Operation Key (OK) – is a 24-hour digital service system built for different groups, work scenarios and institutions, including the OK-A for academic research, OK-B for medicine research, OK-E for medical education and OK-H for hospital operation decision.

The OK-A serves hundreds of academicians and expert teams on the platform, with more than 1,000 participating scientists, who have worked together to build over 22 million disease models, covering about 30 disciplines and more than 8,000 diseases.

"With comprehensive solutions of different application scenarios, the OK system strengthens communication among medical service providers and accelerates data exchange between medical institutions," said Yao Juanjuan, founder of Dazhuanjia.com. "It is a digitalization of medical services in terms of technology, mode and management."
