"Ordinary Glories," a new urban drama about the lives and love of white-collar workers, will air on Dragon TV later this month.
Starring Mark Chao and Bai Jingting, the series is about the growth of a young man who takes a job in the finance industry. His mentor is a middle-aged manager who is competent but not popular in the company.
The crew visited major financial institutions and interviewed more than 200 financial professionals as research for the series.
This is also the latest TV series based on real-life stories produced by a Shanghai-based company.
