The Shanghai City Theater in Minhang is undergoing renovation work in preparation for the China Art Festival next year to be held in Shanghai. The theater, built in 2007, will be refitted with improved air conditioning and new chairs, steps, lighting and theatrical equipment. The overhaul will be completed in November.
