The Pudong New Area is hosting a celebration of all things tea-related this month during the 2020 China Tea Fair Shanghai.

The event, in its second year, will run from August 27 to 30 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.

The tea fair covering 20,000 square meters will have about 1,000 booths, featuring white, Pu'er, black, green, Oolong and flower tea; as well as clay pots, tea sets and other handicrafts.

A variety of events, such as a Fuding white tea culture festival and Menghai Pu'er tea culture week, will be held during the fair to display the delights of Chinese tea culture.

A tea forum gathering industry insiders to brainstorm trends, innovation-oriented developments and transformation of China's tea industry will be hosted, together with a tea art competition.
