In the third episode of Lens on Lianghui, Shanghai Daily's Andy Boreham will elaborate on some of the plans that the local government has formulated this year to help every one of us live a better life.
The plans include targeted GDP growth and employment rates, building more Metro lines, adding new day care centers for toddlers, and creating more sports facilities and green spaces for residents to enjoy.
