No new coronavirus cases reported in Shanghai

There were no new imported novel coronavirus cases reported on Wednesday, while two patients, one from Russia and one from Brazil, were discharged upon recovery, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Thursday morning.

So far, of all the 321 imported cases, 301 have been discharged upon recovery and 20 are still hospitalized, including one in critical condition and one in serious condition.

Another one imported suspected case is undergoing test.

No new locally transmitted or suspected cases were reported on Wednesday, either.

Of all the 339 local cases, 332 have been discharged upon recovery. There have been so far seven local fatalities.

No asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation now, the health commission said.
