Shanghai Circus World set to reopen
After 14 months of renovation, Shanghai Circus World will reopen on October 1 for the last performance season of its famous multimedia spectacular “Era — Intersection of Time.”
The newly renovated theater features improved lighting, sound and visual effect systems, which will provide audiences with a more impressive viewing experiences than ever before.
The classic “Era — Intersection of Time” will also return for its final four-month run.
Since its debut in 2005, the multimedia show which blends traditional Chinese acrobatics with Western circus flair, has been a favorite among audiences from home and abroad.
Sources at Shanghai Circus World say a new original show featuring distinctive Shanghai-elements is currently in production. The show is slated for release at the end of April next year.
