Multiple medical institutions are conducting clinical trials for the anti-novel coronavirus drug Remdesivir, Chinese health authorities said Monday.
The clinical trials are aimed to study the safety and effectiveness of the drug, said Song Shuli, spokesperson for the National Health Commission, at a press conference.
Information and data of clinical trials for Lopinavir and Ritonavir and traditional Chinese medicines are being collected, Song said.
