Thai Airways provides special one-way flights to several European, Asian destinations

Thai Airways International (THAI) is providing special one-way flights to seven European and Asian destinations throughout this month.

THAI executive vice president Wiwat Piyawiroj confirmed on Wednesday the national flag carrier will provide the special flights to Munich, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Copenhagen, as well as China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and China's Taiwan.

The one-way air tickets are specifically provided for the foreigners who have been stranded in Thailand due to the pandemic, and for the Thais who may wish to advance studies or do business abroad, according to the airline's executive vice president.

On the way back to Bangkok, the THAI airliners will pick up Thai nationals who have resided in those places and may wish to return home, Wiwat said.
