A delivery man offered to give residents a haircut for free in an apartment complex in China’s Hangzhou on February 24.
Many hair salons have been closed due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus.
The delivery man had more than 10 years of certain experience before his current job. He said he just wanted to do something for this country.
He served 12 local residents in about two hours.
