Shengze fashion week, textile cloud expo kicks off

The 2020 Shengze Fashion Week & the 7th Jiangsu (Shengze) Textile Expo Cloud Exhibition was unveiled on Tuesday in Shengze Town of Wujiang High-tech Zone in east China’s Jiangsu Province, bringing together 200 enterprises and 12 industrial leaders of textile fashion. The fashion week will run through June 19.

The two events feature online and offline cultural interactions and diversified designs. During the week, 18 new-product release meetings, four fashion design competitions, and two industrial leaders’ summits will be held for industrial exchanges.

Dubbed as the town of silk and a global textile industry cluster, Shengze has a complete textile industrial chain and supporting systems, which play an active role in the development of China’s fashion industry.

Shengze has joined hands with the China National Textile & Apparel Council to jointly promote industrial upgrading, innovative development, resource integration and intelligent collaboration of regional industries and organizations.
