Video captures man hanging dog from rooftop
GRAPHIC CONTENT WARNING: A man in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province was captured hanging a dog from the roof of a building on Sunday until it died, shocking neighbors, The Paper reported.
In the footage, a young man can be seen dangling a white dog with rope tied around its neck as the animal struggled to survive.
The dog's cries soon caught the attention of a resident living nearby who shouted at the man, trying to make him stop.
But the man ignored and even laughed at the witness.
The dog finally choked to death and the man put its body into hot water to remove its hair, the witness said.
The whole process lasted about an hour, she added, saying she believed the man was the dog's owner.
