Lei Guoping, a 75-year-old man in a small village in Shaanxi, has built a library in his home. The library contains more than 1,000 books that he bought on his own.

Lei Guoping, a 75-year-old man in a small village in Shaanxi, has built a library in his home. The library contains more than 1,000 books that he bought on his own.
Before that, there had been no university students in the village. But after that, more than 50 residents of the city have become educated.
