Seven people, including the driver, have been killed after a car ploughed into pedestrians in Taiping County, Zaoyang City in north China's Hubei Province at around 6am Friday.

Seven people, including the driver, have been killed after a car ploughed into pedestrians in Taiping County, Zaoyang City in central China's Hubei Province at around 6am Friday, Hubei Daily reported.
The driver was shot dead by police, the report said. Another seven were injured in the incident, which is still under investigation.
