A 69-year-old man from Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province, has gone viral recently after he was videoed playing table tennis topless outside in -8°C conditions, as The Paper reported.
The old man said he had exercised in such a way for almost a decade and has worked on his body regularly since he was 30 years old.
His table tennis partner at Xingqinggong Park confirmed the tough old man even goes topless in snowy weather.
The man said he had cold baths all year around, and added that attitude is key when getting fit and staying fit.
