Four people were killed and 11 others injured in a series of drunk driving crashes on Wednesday evening in a north China city.
The suspect surnamed Liu was caught by police around 10:15pm in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Police alleged that Liu hit someone when he was drunk driving around 9:50pm and escaped the scene. During his fleeing, he crashed into more people, causing more casualties and injuries.
The case is under further investigation.
