Jinjiang International launches new booking platform

Shanghai-based state-owned hospitality giant Jinjiang International has launched a new hotel booking platform aimed at enhancing competitiveness in the global market.

The platform covers more than 10,000 hotels, including some 40 brands owned by Jinjiang, in over 120 countries.

The hospitality company has also finished a merger of its Plateno Trip and Jinjiang Trip apps which is intended to enhance user service and experience.

Meanwhile a high-speed train, named Jinjiang WeHotel, has been sponsored by Jinjiang. The G1776/G1777 train departs from Hongqiao Railway Station and terminates in Changsha, in central China's Hunan Province. 

The hotel giant is the second biggest hotel group in the world, following Marriott International, after its acquisition of Radisson Hotels.
