Chinese pop singer and actor Liu Wei received the title of “Chief Haha Officer” at Shanghai Dungeon, Asia’s first dungeon attraction.
To celebrate April Fool’s Day, Liu also played a role in a scene of the attraction which offers visitors "immersive, scary fun through an adventure of around 60 to 90 minutes."
The attraction also features distinctive Chinese elements and incorporates old legends of the city into its script.
Since it opened in October last year, large crowds of people have been attracted to the "thrilling and exciting adventure" there.
