Shanghai Mayor Ying Yong met a Romanian delegation headed by Marius Horia Tutuianu, president of the Constanta County board on Wednesday. Ying and Tutuianu signed a friendly cooperation agreement.

Ying said ever since China and Romania established diplomatic relationship, the friendship and cooperation between the countries have been ever deepening. Ying expressed his hope for closer cooperation with Constanta County in cultural industries, trade, and port development.

Tutuianu said Constanta County values its friendship with Shanghai greatly and Constanta has a lot to learn from Shanghai’s experiences and achievements. He wanted the two sides to deepen the existing cooperation in cultural industries, tourism, and sports industries.
