Seminar highlights talent for the digital age

A seminar on talent intelligence experience was held in Shanghai on Tuesday to seek new solutions to enterprise management, recruitment and talent cultivation in the digital era.

Hosted by LinkedIn, the seminar gathered enterprise leaders and human resources veterans to discuss how digitalization is influencing the industries and related professionals.

The seminar also released the “Future of Skill” report to help Chinese entrepreneurs cultivate more digital talent in sectors covering finance, consumer goods, health and education.

Experts said digitalization is growing across sectors. It poses new challenges for both enterprises and talent to adjust traditional ways of thinking and learning.

The report also demonstrated that full-stack development, cloud computing and artificial intelligence are among the top three new rising skills in Shanghai this year.
