Fudan tops China universities relay final race
The 2017 China Universities 100 Miles Relay Final was held in Huangpu District over the weekend.
The final gathered 20 teams representing universities from around the country, including Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University, and Tianjin University. The teams achieved top ranking in the event’s previous legs to advance to the final in Shanghai.
The final race adopted a 10x10 miles format. The team sent by Fudan University became the year-end champion, followed by teams representing Tsinghua University and Northwest A&F University.
Jointly organized by the Shanghai Sports Bureau and the Shanghai Sports Federation, the event is also part of the 2017 Shanghai Citizen’s Amateur League.
